Korczynski Travels to the NCAA Cross Country Championships

BOSTON – Graduate student Alexander Korczynski will travel to Stillwater, Okla., for the NCAA Cross Country Championships this Saturday, Nov. 19, with the 10K race starting at 11:10 a.m. The race will be broadcast on ESPNU.
 
THREE THINGS TO KNOW:
  • Long Time Coming: Korczynski is the first NCAA Championship qualifier for the Huskies since 2014.
  • Season to Remember: Korczynski is entering the NCAA Championships after a season full of accolades. The grad student won three races this season and was the CAA Individual Champion. He was also named to the Northeast All-Region team for his seventh-place finish.
  • National Field: Korczynski is one of 38 individual qualifiers and will be competing among the top runners in the nation, as well as in the mix with 31 teams of runners.
 
The NCAA Championships will be the final stop for the Northeastern cross country program and the historic 2022 season.
