BOSTON – The Northeastern track and field program competed at the Battle in Beantown hosted by Boston University at the Track and Tennis Center. 

Sophomore Ethan Exilhomme broke his own school record in the 60m hurdles, breaking his time of 7.76 from a week ago to finish at 7.71, the time broke the BU Facility record. Exilhomme also set a personal best in the 200m dash with a time of 21.61, good enough for eighth all-time in Northeastern history. 

Women:  

• Vivian McMahon ran to a fourth-place finish in the 1-mile run, finishing with a time of 4:56.63 to rank tenth all-time in Northeastern history. 

• Anna Davis finished third in the 400m dash with a time of 57.74, while Claire Danyluk came in just behind in fourth at 58.00.  

• Lucinda Shotts finished second in the 800m at 2:12.79, while Sarah Peterson set a personal best time of 2:13.86 to finish third.  

• Leila Curtis finished first in the shot put, posting a personal best 12.96m mark. 

Men: 

• Benjamin Godish took home a first-place finish in the 1-mile run, registering a time of 4:01.23 which ranks sixth all-time in Northeastern history. Kyle Sarney finished third at 4:04.88 and Patrick Mullen finished sixth at 4:06.41. Both times were personal bests.  

• Phillips Magre finished third (49.30) and Jessie Legister finished fourth (49.63) in the 400m dash. 

• Pierre Sylvain finished fifth in the 800m and recorded a personal best time of 1:53.48. 

• Patrick Cullen finished fourth in the 3000m with a personal best time of 8:21.88, while Malav Mehta came in sixth with another personal best time at 8:26.42. 

• John Lung set a personal best in the high jump with a third-place finish at 1.99m.  

• Max Zuckerman and Athanasios Pantazopoulos both set personal bests at 4.55m in the pole vault, finishing fifth and sixth. 

• Ryan Sewell finished second in the shot put with a mark of 14.21m. 

• Savion Thompson (13.58m), Emmanuel Dokyi (13.42m) and Jordan Spencer (13.40m) finished 4-6 in the triple jump.  

The Huskies will be back to competition next weekend for the Terrier Invitational (Jan. 27) and the Riverhawk Invitational (Jan. 28).
